How do you deliver items?

We provide free UK delivery to all of our customers. We are also able to deliver to Europe for an additional fee. Orders can be sent outside of Europe, but may incur additional insurance and shipping costs. Please contact us directly for these types of order.
Can I have a refund?

We are sorry to hear you are not 100% happy with your purchase. We can offer refunds provided that the following criteria is met: -The item should be returned in the same condition as received -The item should not have been used or worn -The item needs to be returned within 14 days -Additional terms may apply for personalised and bespoke items. Please speak with our team.
How soon will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch items within 1 day of confirming your order. Orders should be received within 1-2 working days of your shipping confirmation. Bespoke items typically take 3 weeks to produce, but may take longer in some instances. We aim to update you throughout the process.
Do you do discounts?

We run a number of special offers via our social media accounts. You can also subscribe to our newsletter.
Did you receive my payment?

When ordering through our website, you should receive a confirmation email to the address you provided. Please also check your spam folder before getting in touch to check with our team.
How do I change my password?

If you created an account to place an order, you should be able to change this within your account settings, or "forgot password" links on the site. If you log in via Facebook or Google, you may need to do this through those sites.
