1.  We provide free UK delivery to all of our customers.

2. We deliver to Europe, check shopping cart for delivery charges.

3. We deliver to areas outside Europe too, however since all of our pieces of jewellery are send with insurance the delivery cost may rise, so please contact [email protected] to arrange this for you.

Do you provide a refund ?

Yes, we do provide a refund however certain terms apply:

  1. The jewellery should be returned in perfect condition same as received
  2. The jewellery should not be worn and returned – we have the equipment and knowledge to tell if that was the case.
  3. Items should be returned within 14 days.

When will I receive my jewelleries?

Once the order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email.

We dispatch within 1 day. You will receive a confirmation that your item has been dispatched.

Once the product is dispatched expect to receive the item within 1-2 days.

 

What Made to Order Means and will I receive the jewelleries?

Made to order means that once you place your order our Designer will be notified and start making your jewellery especially for you.

It takes up to 2 weeks to deliver the product, in some cases less.

You will receive notifications throughout the whole process.

How to I find informations abour special offers and discounts?

All our special offers and discounts are communicated via our website and our social media accounts. You can subscribe to our newsletters so that you never miss out anything.
